Refunds

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange. We do NOT refund shipping costs unless the reason for the return is due to our error.

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, please contact us at service@flagcollars.com to let us know that you will be returning the item(s) and and to verify the return address. Items can be returned to the following address:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that have been worn by a pet cannot be returned unless there is a defect in material or workmanship.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If we committed an error on your order, we will be happy to correct it right away. We will usually send you the correct item with a stamped, self-addressed envelope for you to return the wrong item at no cost to you.

If we did not commit an error on your order, for example, you ordered the wrong size, we will ask that you return the item and simply place a new order. Once we receive the returned item we will issue a refund for the item only. We do not charge a re-stocking fee. However, in this scenario, we will not refund the original shipping fee.
